You will get a Driver On His Way text message along with a link to track your dumpster location.

It depends.  Residential customers are allotted 14 days to use the dumpster at no charge.  On the 15th day, you will be charged $5/day and that is billed on a weekly basis to your credit card on file.  If you are a commercial customer with a dormant dumpster over 90 days, you will be charge $150/day.  IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE CUSTOMER HAS TO CALL US TO LET US KNOW THE DUMPSTER IS READY FOR PICKUP.

We do our best to meet your timeframe, but things can and do happen.  If we cannot make the window promised, our dispatcher will call you with an update.  Once the dumpster is enroute to its location, you will receive a Driver On His Way text.  You will also receive a link to click so you can track your dumpster

• TVs & Computer Monitors (any size): $30
• Propane Tanks:
  • Small–Medium: $25
  • Large: $50
• Oxygen Tanks, Acetylene & Other Gas Tanks (any size): $50
• Air Conditioner: $15
• Tires:
  • Car or Pickup Truck: $15
  • Box Truck or Semi Truck: $50

Due to the MA waste ban, you cannot put any of the above items in the dumpster. If you do, you will be charged $100 for each banned item.

If you need us to pick up banned items, do not place them in your dumpster.  Call us and we will issue a separate Service Order to pick them up.  Each banned item on this separate Order will be charged $40.00/item.

This can vary from town to town.  You can pull your own permit and have proof of it before we deliver your dumpster. Or you can have us pull it for a $50 fee. Either way, we will need the permit in hand before a dumpster can be delivered if it is required for your town.
